Ryan Fox

The intersection of culture, food, and art has always been a focal point of Ryan Fox’s culinary journey.  After completing his education at the Culinary Institute of America, he spent years honing his craft at three Michelin-starred restaurant Joel Robuchon, and Portland’s own Castagna.  He now offers a refreshing approach to Portland dining.  From New York to Nevada and then Oregon, each region’s distinctive tastes have helped Ryan understand the locals’ influence on the food culture.


Conor Carroll

Conor is a California native, recently relocated to Portland. He has had his Court of Master Sommeliers Certification since he was 22 years old, as well as 2nd level WSET and is a Certified Beer Server with the Cicerone Organization. Most recently he was the Wine Director for Two Star Michelin Lazy Bear Restaurant in San Francisco, and has worked at many prestigious restaurants around the Bay Area.  He firmly believes in the raw and natural wine movement, supporting the small grower producers around the Northwest and beyond. He still firmly remains a Golden State Warriors fan.

Ben Heljm

Ben is a native Oregonian, growing up in Eugene.  He studied at The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY.  There, he worked at restaurants such as 2 Star Michelin Aska and Nomad NYC.  He has returned to Oregon to rediscover the amazing products that our state has to offer.  Go Ducks!

Rob Drennan

Rob spent the past two years working as the R&D Chef at 3 star Michelin Restaurant Maaemo in Oslo, Norway.  Prior to that he cut his teeth down in some of Austin's great restaurants like Uchi and Uchiko.  He then worked as Sous Chef at the Tasting Room @ Qui.


Cameron Holck

After growing up in Austin and graduating with an environmental engineering degree in Colorado, Cameron discovered his passion for the bar industry. He began his career in a craft cocktail bar, and since then has pursued many avenues to advance his cocktail and spirits knowledge. He welcomes the fact that a night out is highlighted by hospitality, and does his best to compliment that with a wonderful drink in your hand.
